May 29 at the Faculty of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, representatives of SBS Consulting took protection of the semester cases of the third year of bachelors within the framework of the program "Personnel Management".
HR Director Anastasia Usanova and project manager Denis Khayretdinov suggested that students try themselves in the role of consultants by participating in the case study "Developing a management system for a Russian chemical company." The participants were tasked with determining the role of the managing company ROSHIM in the group of companies, adjusting the organizational structure of the company and developing KPI for the deputy general director for personnel policy.
The decision of the case was presented by three teams, each of which proposed alternative solutions, having managed to argue their choice. After the protection of cases, the participants shared their impressions that they received useful experience in teamwork and developing strategic decisions, having tried themselves as consultants.
