On March 5, the Consultant Maria Osolodchenko, at a meeting with the members of the Case Club of Higher School of Economics, reflected on what is controlling, what necessitates of controlling system introduction, the factors of choosing a particular model of the controlling system in companies with different industry specificities and patterns of ownership.
On the example of the implemented project "Development and introduction of a controlling system in an international mining holding", the consultant Maria Osolodchenko held a training case for the participants of the meeting.
HR Director Anastasia Usanova talked about the company, what are practices and industry directions, how a consulting career is built, what knowledge is needed to go through the selection stages for an analyst. Maria also shared her experience of participating in other projects.
