On September 28, 2017, SBS Consulting together with HSE Case Club held a meeting with students from the faculties of economics, finance and world politics.
At the event, students were invited to try themselves as analysts and take part in the decision of the case for the development of the strategy of a machine-building holding.
Senior Consultant Denis Khayretdinov told the participants about the procedure for building a strategic analysis at the beginning of the project, how to compose a request for information to the Client and other important aspects of the project. During the case, the students offered various approaches to the analysis of the external environment, studied the financial performance of the company and discussed possible strategic goals of the holding. During the meeting, HR Director Anastasia Usanova spoke about career opportunities and recruitment stages in SBS Consulting.
