On September 26, 2018, SBS Consulting Senior consultant Klim Kostyuchenko conducted a case study for bachelors of the Economics Department of the Higher School of Economics at the theme "Optimization of business processes of the state corporation".
The participants of the event learned the approaches and methodology of implementing projects for reengineering business processes in large companies and state corporations, tried themselves as consultants, exploring possible options for optimizing the process of sending letters to the state corporation, identified possible savings potential and discussed effective solutions based on the implemented project.
