April 23, the representatives of SBS Consulting accepted semester cases of the 2nd and 3rd year bachelors in the framework of the Human Resources Management program at the Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University.
HR Director Anastasia Usanova and Consultant Aleksey Aleinikov let the students try themselves in the role of consultants, to take part in solving the "Diagnostics of company manageability" case on the example of a large distributor of chemical products. The participants faced the following tasks: to diagnose the existing management system, to form initiatives to improve it, to adjust the company's organizational structure, to revise the strategy and hierarchy of KPIs, and to develop initiatives to form corporate culture in the company.
The case solution was presented by several teams, that offered solutions and justified their choice. After defending the cases, the participants shared their impressions that they had gained useful experience in teamwork and the development of strategic decisions, having tried themselves in the role of consultants
