On the 25th of May, 2015, The head partner of SBS Consulting held the master-class on “System of Management by objectives and targets” at Higher School of Economics. There were students of the Corporate Finance Faculty among the participants of the master-class. The head partner of SBS Consulting told to future managers:
- Basic elements of “The management by objectives and targets” system
- Connection of goals and KPI with the cost management system
- Examples of successful implementation of similar projects in Russia
During the master-class, together with the students, was analyzed the business case for the development of the key indicators on the example on the logistics company.
Also, the participants listened to a short report about the corporate values of SBS Consulting, career opportunities and the selection process of future candidates.
