In July 2014, SBS Consulting team went to the Moscow-area hotel «Malibu» for joint recreation and Sailing Regata after the successful completion of the planned employee appraisal for the first half of 2014. During the competition, crews had to make quick decisions in extreme situations, to exhibit resourcefulness, ingenuity, mutual supportiveness and teamwork; all of this is important in the daily work of our consultants. After the Regata the team continued to conquer the water space on watercrafts and catamarans, and fans of calm activities played table tennis and relaxed on the beach under the summer sun. The next day was devoted to the conference, where SBS Consulting partners have summed up the results of 6 months, discussed the plans of the development for the near future, and the staff shared their professional achievements on the completed projects.
