Professional skills:

• Higher economic or technical education
• Successful work experience in management consulting or strategic development department of a large corporation in a leadership position for at least 3 years
• Proven experience in managing the work of project teams to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles to the implementation of the project
• Successful customer relationship management experience
• Knowledge and experience in the field of strategic analysis, management systems, corporate finance and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical skills, presentation structuring skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a tight time frame
• Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level

• Planning and organization of work within a number of the company’s projects. Monitoring of project deadlines and tasks
• Specialization in one or several key areas of the company’s activities and provision of expertise
• Customer relationship management and customer expectations
• Interaction with the top management of leading Russian and international companies; ensuring high—quality services throughout the entire project cycle — from the first meeting with the client to the final presentation
• Analysis of work results, reporting on achievements for the company’s knowledge
• Ensuring documentation of projects in accordance with the standard accepted in the company
• Participation in attracting or attracting new clients and projects for the company
