Client situation
- As part of the implementation of a strategic project within the company, which involves reducing the costs of basic types of maintenance and repair (M&R) and increasing the productivity of production personnel, the task was set to develop an appropriate program of organizational and technical measures
Approach
- Conducting off-site events to measure and describe production processes in four structural subdivisions
- Analyzing technological schemes, staffing levels and workload of production personnel, non-productive times, and used production equipment and infrastructure
- Developing a model and concept of a target map for the network of structural subdivisions, target process schemes
- Developing a set of optimization measures
