Client situation
- The need for Russian customers to engage overseas licensors and EPC contractors for most projects in oil refining, petrochemicals, natural gas processing and liquefaction necessitates the development of measures to support Russian machine builders in projects implemented with the use of imported technologies and overseas engineering companies
