Development of the business program for the International Municipal Forum
Client situation
- The lack of a business program for the international forum three months before it was due to start, the lack of a systematic approach to program development by the forum’s management, and the absence of a team capable of performing high-quality work within tight deadlines led to the need for comprehensive support in organizing the forum
Approach
- Searching for cases (examples from Russia and abroad) based on the 14 forum blocks and forming forum event topics from selected cases
- Formulating proposals and searching for speakers and moderators for these events
- Communicating and assisting in attracting other departments of the Moscow City Government, other potential speakers, and co-organizers to participate in the forum
- Supporting the forum management and the client in updating and making additions and changes to the program
